I joined the Spa Manager Certification class to improve our overall organization and gain a better understanding of our systems.
From the moment I enrolled, I was really excited to be part of the program and had no fears or hesitations about what I would learn.
Throughout the course, I found the communication, operations, and leadership sections to be extremely useful. The knowledge and skills I gained have already made a huge difference in how I manage our spa.
If a friend or colleague were considering this program, I would recommend it 100%. Even though we already have many of the systems in place that were covered in the class, it was still a HUGE benefit to me.
This program will be an absolute jackpot for someone who is new to a spa management role or doesn’t have these systems established.
